The idea is a good one, but as Cal Newport argues in\u00a0<em>Slow Productivity: The Lost Art of Accomplishment Without Burnout<\/em>, many employees aren\u2019t burdened by how many hours they work, but by how much work they\u2019re expected to do during them.
