Get to know me

Hi there, I’m Kyle. I’m a design nerd with over a decade and a half of experience using storytelling to power visual communications of all shapes and sizes.

I’m a proud resident of Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood, where I’ve been living on and off since 2007. My husband, Patrick, and I finally made it official by buying a condo there in 2021. We expanded our family in early 2023 when we adopted Freddie Mercury, a very sweet but fierce chihuahua mix.

I am currently employed at Pegasystems as a Creative Strategist, and I have previously worked in-house at MIT Technology Review, the Boch Center, the Handel and Haydn Society, and was cofounder and Creative Director of arts consulting agency Opus Affair.

My design and photography work has been featured in flagship Macy’s stores nationwide, on The Today Show, and in internationally released books, periodicals, and CD jackets—but I’m most proud to have work displayed in a restroom at Julius’ Bar in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village.

I once photographed a meet and greet with Mike Tyson and left with both my ears intact.

I enjoy brutalist architecture, modal jazz, LGBTQ+ rights, loitering in museums, garbage reality television, Dorothy Parker, and Paris.
